This notice explains how Elite Force handles personal information sent to us through this website.

What we collect

This website does not store any personal information. The enquiry form only prepares a WhatsApp message on your own device, and nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp. When you message or call us, we receive your name, phone number and whatever you choose to tell us.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry and, if you go on to instruct us, to deliver the service you have asked for. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing without your separate consent.

Who can see it

Messages and calls are handled only by a director of Elite Force. Information is shared with operatives, solicitors or enforcement partners only where needed to carry out work you have instructed. WhatsApp messages are end-to-end encrypted and are also covered by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Conversations that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
